- 06.24.07 - Yup, this is it. My design has gotten on pretty much the most popular "tech" related sites I can think of. Here are the articles: engadget and Hack a Day For fun, I decided to submit the story to CNN. I doubt that they will even get the e-mail, but, I thought it would be a hoot just to try anyway. Many thanks goes out to Hack a Day, without them, engadget would not have posted it. And of course many thanks to engadget for taking the time in creating such a clever story line/posting my project. I'm glad that they have faith in my project! :)
- 06.19.07 - This is one of my larger project sort of "mods." The point of this project was to make it completely passive, fanless, dust free, and an overclocker's heaven. Project was a great success! So far, the pipe on the CPU is a cool 91 degrees after being left on for a day. Click here to find out more and to watch the video!
- 06.18.07 - Just finished another tutorial on Technical Practical Jokes, check it out here. In other news, I plan to write a book that consists of "spoonfed" software/hardware hacking/cracking tutorials. But I want a little bit of feedback... if I were to write a book, would you read or purchase it? If you would be so kind to answer my question in the forum, that would be great. Click here to do so. I appreciate all of the support I have gotten from the community so far!
- 06.16.07 - I have just written another tutorial on how to gain access to campus/high school wireless networks entitled "Campus WarWalking." Either click here or look in the tutorial section. If you like it, be sure to Digg it! Also, I have been pondering about writing a book about software/hardware hacking with a friend of mine. It may come to fruition, which would be nice, but it will certainly be a while. It'll be a book that is sintructional, and will "give it to you stright" as opposed to screwing around and not explaining exactly how to do it. Alright, that is all for now! Check for an exciting new entry about my new method of cooling a computer project sometime on Monday!
- 06.13.07 - It seems as though some "point and click" script kiddie decided to flood my website with a bunch of concurrent connections, (a lame sort of DoS'ing, poor man's version). Thankfully, Dreamhost came to save the day so to speak, and blocked him from connecting at this IP address: 212.142.148.66 Feel free, by all means, to do whatever you want to him, though I do not condone it. ;) Bear in mind though that it may have been a spoofed IP, but since the attack itself was so lame, it probably wasn't, but who knows. Either way, the address again is 212.142.148.66 ;) Feel free to discuss your thoughts in the forum here.
- 06.06.07 - Now all of you can chat it up on our newly created IRC! The address is irc.leetupload.com, and the main channel is #leetupload. If you don't have an IRC client, go ahead and connect through this site by using our newly posted IRC Java Applet! Click here or at the top where it says "Chat!" to use it! Have fun, and don't spam. ;)
- 06.04.07 - Yup, you heard right my friends. The Virii and Exploit database is up and running. Though, after sending 503 e-maisl to all of our current members, I noticed that several minutes later, all the rest of leetupload.com's pages decided to die from traffic (I'll asssume my assumption is correct, considering the timing). So if the website connects slowly, remember that this first day will be under a heavy load. In other news, Google Adsense screwed me out of a good bit of money. Word to the wise, NEVER use Google Adsense for your ads. Once you make a substantial amount of money, they "out of the blue" claim that you have been clicking ads "illegally" which is absurd, since I never have. Apparently if other people decide to click ads multiple times to be spiteful, it falls on my shoulders. Technically, since google does not disclose their so-called 'proof' of the matter, they can negate the deal at any time after gaining free advertising. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I hope that all of you will join me in not supporting this retched Adsense project. If you have any questions or concerns about anything mentioned here today, wish to see the letter I received from google or what have you, e-mail me at admin -at- leetupload.com. But enjoy the database!
- 05.30.07 - Few new updates. For all the non-English speaking people, I have included a built-in google language translator at the top for the majority of the most popular spoken languages. Recently, on another note, I found a website called Statisfy. The point of it is to track people who visit your site on a google map in REAL TIME! I have recently added mine to their database, and its quite interesting to watch, check it out at the top menu labeled "Globe." In other terms, I have been trying my hand at some more 'hard-core' case/computer modding. I am currently in the midst of developing a rather new way of cooling a PC where it will not use fans, nor liquid, will have no moving parts, have a low power consumption, and will be completely dust free! I will be sure to post many pictures and videos, and a tutorial about it when done. Hopefully I will be successful; if so, this will be an OC-er's dream case.
- 05.15.07 - Woo, I do believe that I am the second person to post this on the net. I have just made, (with my friend, Tester) a mineral oil submerged PC. Go ahead and check out the tutorial that I have written up, (with pretty pictures and a video) here: 1337 Fleet. Hope you guys like it! Oh, and by the way, all of the virii and exploits are being uploaded to this other server as we speak!
- 05.12.07 - Getting people to sign-up for the nearing Virii Database has been, (as Borat would say) a "Great success, yes?!" Or one other quote from a movie would be "This is Spartaaaaa!" (Hence the 300). We have hit the 300 mark! Click the prior link to see an image from the Admin panel which shows 300 registered users, (265 active, 35 registered, but have not activated it yet). That's right, 300 members have joined. I will be sending an e-mail out to every registered member to notify them when the DB is complete. So be sure to sign up today.
- 05.09.07 - Yes, the Virii server is almost done. Do not give up on hope. Secondly, click some ads to support leetupload so we don't have to go away. *Tears* All out of pocket can be difficult. Anyway, many thanks to Darknet and TMBBITW for making a post about my site. :) In other news, a new blog has risen entitled Testing Grounds about hardware hacking, a different side to the interpretation of 'hacking.' His featured article, installing Mac OSX on a PC plus an article of mine will be merged into one networking tutorial found here. ALSO, if you want leetupload.com to continue running, always consider clicking an ad or two. Many thanks, enjoy!
- 05.02.07 - Just a quick update; I now have an Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo server which runs FaceClassic CTF 24/7. It's address is flanga.ath.cx:7777 Now, on to more important things... the virii and exploits 'sign-up' area will be up and running soon, I promise! It seems as though over 100 users have signed up, and I don't want to keep you waiting. It should be this week or next when everything is finalized. So keep the faith!
- 04.11.07 - Can we say... long time since my last post/update? I created a new section for the database... exploits! A lot of the exploits are new to date, while others go back quite a ways. The database went from 6,200 files, to roughly 30,000! Know why? 23,866 exploits is why. Please note that this will only be available through the free registration. (Roughly, as in, more than this). So use wisely, ad once again, educational purposes only. As for one other bit of news, all you registered members for the virii section, hold onto your hats, we are almost there. This Friday we are hammering out the final details, and will have 37,000 files to start off with, and will expand much more rapidly over time. This is a big step for leetupload, and will not be the last.
- 04.04.07 - The following article: 'Federal Law on Sharing Bandwidth' was recently submited to me, and I found it quite interesting/useful. Mind you, as in Mike B.'s words, this is not a 'get out of jail free card.' Use your own discretion when making such decisions. I hope you enjoy this article, and this just goes to show, submitting your work to leetupload.com is necessary to keep this site informative! By the way, buy DVD's of the database to keep this site up and running. :D
- 04.02.07 - This is not neccessarily a tutorial, but something I found useful a while back. This is just a compilation of useful applications that I have found over the years that has made my life easier. All of these apps. I currently use, and wish to pass the knowledge onto you. If you know of any other good applications, or alternaives to mine, please feel free to let me know and I will update the section with "Viewers favorite Apps." You can find the tutorial here. Second news on the agenda, since classes are beginning to become more hectic, I will have to postpone the upload of the restricted access area for about another week or two, (possibly less). So hang tight!
- 03.31.07 - Well, this is the last part to the Hacking Spoonfed series, (for now). This last part covers two topics; one of which being the instant gratification, kiddie script-like sort of hacking (flooding) and the other part discusses ways to scare your victim on a local and global level. The second part is for the 'not so aggressive' and do not wish to reak turmoil. To view the tutorial, either click on the tutorial link on the right hand side, or click here. Enjoy!
- 03.30.07 - I recently received an interesting idea from a visitor of leetupload.com. The individual requested a DVD of the repository to date, as opposed to leeching the bandwidth from my site, (I thank him for that :P). If there are any other fans out there that wish to have the whole repository to date, I will have two prices. For everything that non-members can currently download, which consists of 3.1gb when compressed will cost $6 including shipping. For the 37,000 virii included on a seperate DVD, it would be $10 total. Click on the PayPal button on the side, depending on which you would like to order. Items will be shipped within 2 business days.
- 03.29.07 - I decided to add a new section to the site today. The new section contains virii and such. Since this a somewhat touchy area, I decided to make it a restricted area where one must sign-up for a FREE account first before accessing such materials. The point of having a sign-up account is so that not any random person searching through google can 'downthemall' if you will, and it forces the user to read and agree with the terms of agreement. Anyway, here is the link to sign-up for your free account today if you wish to have access to these files!
- 03.22.07 - Woohoo. Today, I have started a forum. You guessed it, this is the place to ask all of your dying questions about Operating Systems, programming, security, hacking, or what have you. Of course, the community has to join it first, I can't sit here and answer every question. :P Hopefully, it will become more well known. All we need now are registered users! So tell your friends.
- 03.21.07 - I have finally released part 2 of my Hacking Spoonfed series tutorial. Please leave any feedback within the digg option found at the end of the tutorial. On another note, it seems as though someone was kind enough to mention this site on AstalaVista. Cudos to the person that did that! This is the type of advertisement this site needs to become more well known in the online community. If you wish to link leetupload.com, always feel free to do so.
- 03.20.07 - Yes, I do realize that it is indeed a double news day. I have been quite busy lately with the site, but here is the deal. I clarified that the files are ok in the sense that they will not infect you. ;) Also, I have installed something called MediaWiki, (thank you Dreamhost). This will allow you to define ANYTHING you please in terms of the files on this site, security terms, etc. Only thing is that I will not have enough time to start off the page by adding my own definitions, so it is up to the community!
- 03.20.07 - Today, the database has been updated with 770mb worth of new data. Also, we now have a much wider selection of 'good reads' under Misc/Papers.
- 03.17.07 - Finally, we have word lists! Thanks to the suggestion made by 'systemd0wn' in the YellBox. This just goes to show that the YellBox can be really useful to get your requests across directly to me. ;)
- 03.16.07 - Check out yet another WEP cracking video made by me, hosted on irongeek.com! This video goes hand in hand with my WEP cracking article. Tell me what you think! :) Also, you can download a larger version from my database, found HERE
- 03.13.07 - I have uploaded my new RSS Feed as of today! Subscribe to it so you can find out all the latest files and news for leetupload.com.
- 03.12.07 - This tutorial was written by me, (alias glj12) and describes in a 'spoonfed manner' how to crack a 128-bit WEP encryption on a wireless access point. This is simply part 1 of many parts to come that describe how one scenario may be executed in terms of 'hacking a victim's computer.' Stay tuned for my video demonstration! See here for part 1. Also, apparently my site is blocked in China! Click for the image here CHINA!
- 03.09.07 - New Video dir under Misc/Videos - Check it out!
- 02.27.07 - Database is now up to date with materials.
